1. Copyright stance

CasinoEcho is a Chinese-language news media outlet focused on casino, World Cup, and sports betting coverage. Our published images mainly come from:

• Wikimedia Commons：We only embed images under the following open licenses:CC0 / Public Domain / CC-BY 2.0 / 3.0 / 4.0 / CC-BY-SA 2.0 / 3.0 / 4.0。Each image displays the photographer, license version, and original source link below it.
• Editorial / News use：Player and event-related introductions fall under editorial and commentary use protected by the First Amendment, and are not intended as endorsement or product sponsorship.

All images were programmatically verified for license tags at the time of fetching, and the acquisition time was recorded (photo_fetched_at), preserving an audit trail to demonstrate good-faith reliance.

2. DMCA notice from copyright holders

If you believe that content on this site infringes your copyright, please send the following information in English or Chinese in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to:

1. Signature of the rights holder or agent (handwritten or electronic);
2. Description of the specific work allegedly infringed;
3. The specific URL of the infringing content on this site;
4. Contact information of the rights holder (address, phone, email);

4. Repeat infringer policy

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i)(1)(A), CasinoEcho reserves the right to terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

5. Player likeness / Right of Publicity

Player likeness rights and photo copyrights are two separate rights. This site presents players solely in an editorial and commentary manner, and has never used their image as product endorsement or advertising. If a player or their agent has concerns about a specific use, please contact us using the information on this page, and we will handle it on a case-by-case basis.
